Real Estate & Construction are one of our know-how areas as we have a large real estate as part of our portfolio asset management. We are currently expanding as we consider shifting our focus to build high-end and affordable residential houses in various demographics in Mogadishu and beyond. But before we proceed with such costly projects we have consistently identified and emphasized the need to overhaul and modernize the country’s sewer and plumbing systems. Until then we are only limiting our constructions to previously exist but destroyed buildings to be rebuilt and renovated whether public or private into state of the art suitable and compatible with modern life-style.
